The Spray on PuDC Flooring system is an approved, fully adhered monolithic, watertight polyurethane coating. The coating can be applied as part of new build, in retrofit repair or maintenance of existing floor coverings.

It can be applied over most common floor surfaces including concrete, tiles, hardwood, plywood boards, decking or even metal access ramps, landings and platforms.

The Spray on PuDC Flooring system provides a seamless, maintenance free, fast drying (10 seconds) coating that will seal and protect most floor surfaces. It gives a totally waterproof / weather resistant surface that will withstand extreme temperatures. The service temperature is -50°c to 120°c.

The speed of application available with the Spray on PuDC Flooring System ensures that your floor is coated and back in service far quicker and with less disruption than conventional floor applications.

This flooring can be applied non-slip, tested in accordance with BS 7976-2:2002 and EN 1341:2001 and is available in a variety of colours. It can be applied from 1mm to any required thickness.

The product is exceptionally hard-wearing and will withstand heavy fork lift and pallet truck traffic. Being solvent free, taint free, odourless and non toxic makes it ideal for use in medical, animal, and food environments. Other typical uses are factories, chemical plants, refineries, beverage plants, hospitals, schools, warehouses, fire stations and industrial kitchens.

The Spray on PuDC Flooring System has a 15 year warranty. The coating is applied by our trained and approved flooring contractors.

The Spray on PuDC flooring system can be applied whilst machinery and equipment remains in situ - minimising disruption and reducing installation costs.

The system may also be applied as a repair coating over existing/damaged epoxy or concrete floor surfaces.

Fire Rated: It can also be applied with a Class 1 approved fire rated coating.
